Trials of Wizardry (Demo Version)

The game's idea and premise is there, but the functionality needs some work. There is a backstory, but it isn't too immersive, but that's to be expected from a small Indie Dev. The graphics are pleasant and done in a unique style that fits the game and are easy on the eyes. Color scheme is good in the first level but is too dark in the second level, and dreary in the third. The controls are decent, but there is no option to rebind (there is actually no menu at all), and the powers (telekinesis and stasis) don't always work properly. Growing/shrinking mechanic works, but sometimes the player will clip into the environment. There is an easter egg, but it isn't too hard to find and you need to die to escape it. Plus points, though, since the game has come a long way and is less glitchy than before. Worth about 20 minutes of playing, I give it 2.5/5.
